Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 oz shredded cabbage
- 2 oz shredded carrot
- salad greens to taste (chopped lettuce)
- 8 oz cooked chicken breast
- 1 oz almond
- 4.5 oz diced pineapple
Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all the ingredient in a bowl
- Add the dressing and mix
- Serve the sald in a dish and enjoy
