Greek Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz salad green (lettuce)
- 3 tomato
- 2 cucumber
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 5 oz calamata olives
- 4 oz capers
- sea salt
- 7 oz feta cheese
- oregano (optional)
Salad Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
PREPARATION
- Dice the tomato
- Dice the cucumber
- Slice the onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the green to a dish
- Add the tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, and capers
- Add the salad dressing (olive oil and white wine vinegar)
- Mix the ingredients
- Add the sea salt
- Sprinkle the feta cheese
- Season with oregano
