  • 5 oz salad green (lettuce)
  • 3 tomato
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 oz calamata olives
  • 4 oz capers
  • sea salt
  • 7 oz feta cheese
  • oregano (optional)

Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

PREPARATION
 

  1. Dice the tomato
  2. Dice the cucumber
  3. Slice the onion

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  1. Add the green to a dish
  2. Add the tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, and capers
  3. Add the salad dressing (olive oil and white wine vinegar)
  4. Mix the ingredients
  5. Add the sea salt
  6. Sprinkle the feta cheese
  7. Season with oregano
