Keto Waffle
Equipment: waffle maker.
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 1/3 cup sweetener (keto friendly)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cup of greek yogurt
- 2 tps vanilla extract
- berries (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat The waffle maker on medium-high heat.
- Stir together the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl until well combined.
- Stir in the wet ingredients, eliminating any lumps.
- Grease the waffle maker with butter or cooking spray
- Pour the waffle mixture into the waffle maker and cook until the waffle maker beeps.
- Serve with berries, butter, and sugar-free syrup.
