INGREDIENTS

 Dry Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sweetener (keto friendly)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

 Wet Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 3/4 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 tps vanilla extract
  • berries (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  1. Heat The waffle maker on medium-high heat.
  2. Stir together the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients, eliminating any lumps.
  4. Grease the waffle maker with butter or cooking spray
  5. Pour the waffle mixture into the waffle maker and cook until the waffle maker beeps.
  6. Serve with berries, butter, and sugar-free syrup.
