INGREDIENTS
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


For Seasoning


  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS
 



Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan and put it on a medium-heat stove.



Add the onions, pepper, and garlic and stir them.


Add the cayenne, cumin, paprika, curry powder, turmeric salt, and black pepper.stir them then add the diced tomato and feta cheese.


let them simmer for 5 minutes.add the eggs and cover for 3-5 minutes.


garnish with parsley.



Serve.
