INGREDIENTS
 

  • 500 g chickpeas soaked in water the night before.
  • 1/2 small onion.
  • cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of parsley.
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro.
  • 4 mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp of white pepper.
  • 1 tsp cumin.
  • 1 tsp coriander.
  • 1 tsp baking soda.

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  1. Put the parsley, cilantro, and chickpeas in the food processor until they are finely chopped.
  2. Add the cumin, garlic, coriander, salt, and baking soda, and mix the ingredient well.
  3. Bring a frying pan and put the oil in it and wait for it to heat up.
  4. Start shaping them into balls in a falafel machine or in a scoop.
  5.  Start frying the falafel and serve it hot.
